Construction paper in white, light blue, dark blue and brown

1 popsicle stick

Cut some blue and white construction paper into strips.  Wrap the strips around your finger or fold them into wavy shapes.  Glue them on to a blue piece of construction paper.  Cut a blue triangle for the sail.  Cut a brown boat shape.  Glue sail and boat shape on to popsicle stick.  Play with your boat in the wavy water.
